The challenge of this project is to conceive a fresh and distinctive brand identity for The Hangout, a surf-themed, beachside cafe. This involves crafting a new name, tagline, color palette, and font system that encapsulates the essence of the surf community while creating a strong and cohesive visual identity.

The Hangout’s branding exudes the nostalgic energy of surf culture. The logo is friendly and inviting, with 70’s inspired typography and a name that is easy to recognize and remember. A warm, retro color scheme includes orange, dark blue, and a lighter blue, giving the design a coastal feel.
